Students and Parents:

Your child's 2024-2025 course enrollments will be available for view in Synergy, August 9th thru August 16th .  At this time, you will only see courses. 

August 21st, all student schedules will be viewable; included will be course periods, teachers, and room numbers. 

August 9th thru 16th: Counselors will not make course changes. Counselors will only address missing graduation required courses or missing courses when 7 courses are needed. 

STARTING AUGUST 26th:

We will begin the process for schedule changes and level changes.  Please review: MHHS Schedule Change PHASES2025

Schedule Change Guidelines:

• After meeting with their teacher, the student and counselor will discuss the request for a course change
• Level changes will only be made 4 weeks after the August 26th start date
• Counselors will communicate with classroom teachers for input

Once a schedule change form is initiated, student must get teacher and parent signature. The schedule change form will not be processed without these signatures. PLEASE RETURN THE COMPLETED FORM TO THE COUNSELOR.

All schedule changes will be submitted for administrative approval. Once approved, the student schedule will be updated within 24 to 48 hours in SYNERGY. 

Once the new schedule is finalized, an email will be sent from Jamie Pruitt, confirming all changes with the start date. STUDENTS MAY NOT ATTEND THE NEW COURSE UNTIL A START DATE IS GIVEN.
