AP Exam Information

Invoices for AP exams will be sent out starting on 10/10/22. 

To receive an invoice on 10/10/2022, you must join your class in the AP Portal and select YES for taking the exam by the end of the school day on Friday 10/7. 

The invoices will reflect your choices in the AP Portal - so you will only receive an invoice for the exams for which you choose "YES". Invoices will be sent to your parents'/guardians' email addresses that are in Synergy. 

Students who remain Undecided or No in the AP Portal will not be invoiced, and an exam will not be ordered. You may continue to update your decisions in AP Portal until 11/10/2022. New invoices will be generated every few days.

Payments for AP exams are due by 11/10/22.  Payment can be made online by paying the invoices sent through My School Bucks, or by check delivered to Mrs. Hubbard in the Testing Office. If you think you qualify for reduced fees, please contact Mrs. Hubbard as soon as possible.  If you have already qualified for Free and Reduced Meals, you have already been changed to reduced fees in the AP Portal.  

Exams that are marked as YES, but not paid for by 11/11/22 will be canceled and changed to NO in the Portal.

Registration for an exam or cancellation of an exam after 11/11/20 will incur a late fee of $40 per exam. Please keep this in mind when making your exam choices.

AP Updates as of 9.27.22:

IMPORTANT AP EXAM REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

1. Everyone must be fully registered in the AP Portal by 10/7/22. Make your exam choices by choosing yes or no.  Those that remain undecided in the AP Portal will be assumed to be not taking the exam. If you are not registered in the AP Portal, we cannot order an exam for you to take.

2. Invoices for AP exams will be sent out starting on 10/10/22. The invoices will reflect your choices in the AP Portal - so you will only receive an invoice for the exams for which you choose "yes". Invoices will be sent to your parents'/guardians' email addresses that are in Synergy. You will be able to see the exams for which you are registered in Synergy.  

3. Payment for AP exams is due by 11/10/22. Exams that are not paid for will be canceled. Payment can be made online by paying the invoices sent through My School Bucks, or by check made out to MHHS. Check payments MUST be made directly to Ms. Hubbard in the Testing Office in the Media Center. Exams are $97 each this year. If you think you qualify for reduced fees, please see Ms. Hubbard as soon as possible.

4. Registration for an exam or cancellation of an exam after 11/11/20 will incur a late fee of $40 per exam. Please keep this in mind when making your exam choices.
