FALL SPORTS ONLINE ATHLETIC REGISTRATION BEGINS WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1, 2022.

Incoming freshmen should be able to register on or about July 1, 2022.

Attention ALL Students interested in trying out for a Fall Sport!!!  Fall Sports Registration begins June 1, 2022, thru the Parent Portal at HCPSS Connect.  Students interested in trying out for a Fall Sport must have their Parent/Guardian complete their Online Athletic Registration thru their Parent Portal at HCPSS Connect.  

Fall Sports Try-outs begin Wednesday, August 10th.  All Students must have completed their Online Registration in order to tryout.

ONLINE ATHLETIC REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Parents/guardians are to complete and sign the following Documents thru HCPSS Connect:

     1.  Go to https://www.hcpss.org/connect (Links to an external site.)

     2.  Do not use your Mobile Phone; 

     3.  Login to your HCPSS Connect Portal (Parents & Guardian MUST use the parental login.  You cannot register athletes using your students log in credentials.  Parents must login to Connect themselves to register. 

     4.  Once logged in, go to the menu on the left and click the bottom option, “More Options” (Family File, Reports Cards, etc.).  ​If you have more than one student make sure you have selected the student from the drop down menu at the top of the page.) 

     5.  Click on Athletic Registration on the right hand side Menu, select the correct season Fall/Winter/Spring; 

     6.  Complete all of the following forms AND E-Sign each one at the bottom of each page, click Save & Next to go thru each Document:

• Parent Authorization Form
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form
• Concussion
• All additional documents…Do not skip or leave any boxes blank.  

     7.  Upload the following forms: When you get to the upload the physical page, click on the calendar and load the physical date first before you try to load the physical or you will get an error message. 

• Athletic Physical Form/Physical Examination Form must be current (good for one calendar year so must have a physical since August 10th 2021.  Older physicals will not be accepted.
• Upload ALL pages of the Physical Examination Form.  Older physicals will not be accepted. 
• Please upload this physical form:  https://www.hcpss.org/f/athletics/preparticipation-physical-evaluation-form.pdf

     8.  Upload a RECENT Utility bill

• June/July Bill for Fall Sports (Bills older than June/July, 2022, will not be accepted on a Fall Sports Registration.)
• October/November BGE Bill for Winter Sports
• February/March, 2023 BGE Bill for Spring Sports (BGE, Water, Cable,…)

 
Reminders:

• Make sure Pop Ups are Allowed
• Registrations MUST BE DONE on a  Parents/Guardians HCPSS Connect Account
• FILE SIZE Limits of 4MB for Physicals and  Utility – Try uploading one page at a time
• Cell Phone users have been receiving error messages when using their cell phones to Register

 

Fall Sports Try-outs & Times (click here to contact coaches) begin on Wednesday, August 10th for the following Fall Sports Programs:

• Cheerleading (5:30pm in AUX gym)
• Boys & Girls Cross Country (8am on track)
• JV & Varsity Field Hockey (8:30am at stadium field)
• JV & Varsity Football (7am at stadium field)
• Boys & Girls Golf (9am at Willow Springs Gold Course)
• JV & Varsity Boys Soccer (6am at stadium field for varsity & 7am on lower field for JV)
• JV & Varsity Girls Soccer (7am on track)
• Freshman, JV & Varsity Volleyball (8am main gym for JV & Freshman & 12pm in the main gym for varisty)
