HEBRON HAPPENINGS:

  • ATTENTION ALL FALL & WINTER ATHLETES – ANYONE WHO HAS NOT CLEANED OUT THEIR TEAM LOCKER IN ROOM #1, 2 OR #4, OR THEIR LOCKER IN THE GIRL’S PE LOCKER ROOM FOR ATHLETES ARE TO SEE MS. PREVOSTO TO CLAIM THEIR BELONGINGS
  • Dream Team – Any student interested in participating in an informative video about the diverse and social structures in our community?  The Dream Team is searching for students to give testimonials about their identity and its role in our society.  Contact Mr. Peabody in Student Services if interested
  • AP registration bulletins were distributed to students last week.  If you did not receive a bulletin, please see Dr. Kiehl in room 109.  Registration opens on March 1st and the most up-to-date information regarding registration can be found on Naviance and the school’s website.
  • Free SAT Prep Class Review beginning Tuesday, February 14th.  Eight session review will be held after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays with four sessions focusing on English and four sessions focusing on Math.  Student participants are required to attend all four sessions and abide by classroom norms and regulations set by the teacher.  Each one hour class will begin at 2:40pm and end at 3:40pm.
    • Tuesday Classes:          2/14, 2/28, 3/7, 3/14 – will meet in room 231
    • Thursday Classes:        2/16, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9 – will meet in room 204

  • Freshman Class Board Volleyball Tournament - Thursday, April 20th.  Sign–ups will be available after school on Tuesdays – winners will receive a Pizza Lunch!

  • SAT Test March 11th - Don’t forget to register.  ALL juniors are recommended to take the SAT in the Spring of their junior year.  See your counselor for more information
  • Students who use the Media Center After-School will be asked to sign in on the computers at the Media Center Front Desk.  See Dr. Neugebauer with any questions
  • Rotary Club Book Drive – for the month of February gently used books can be donated and dropped off in one of the boxes in the front hallway or the Media Center
  • College Visit Dates – Juniors & Seniors Sign up for visits in Naviance – See your counselor if you have any questions.
  • Attention Seniors:  turn in your Diploma Signature Forms to Mrs. Mathias in Student Services ASAP

  • Wednesday, 3/1:
    • Spring Sports Tryouts Begin – Students must be academically eligible in order to participate in tryouts.  Any questions, see Ms. Prevosto
    • Tennis – Anyone who owes paperwork needs to see Ms. Vitali before tryouts begin today
    • JV Baseball - Tryouts 2:30-5 - Players are to report to the Auxiliary gym
    • Varsity Baseball – Tryouts 2:30 – Players are to report to the Auxiliary gym
    • ALL Varsity Girls & Boys Basketball players are to return all their basketball uniform pieces and equipment bag (girls) to Ms. Prevosto, laundered, by the end of this week
  • Thursday, 3/2:
    • Millionaire’s Club meeting @ 2:15 in room 145.  The Post Test for the Personal Finance Challenge will be offered.  Anyone who wants to compete to participate in this challenge must take the Post Test to secure a spot on Team #2.  See Mrs. Bechta if you have any questions.
    • NAHS - Art Club & National Art Honor Society members – meeting after school in room 121 – planning for the art extravaganza day field trip.  Please Note We will be meeting every Thursday in March after school in room 121 - See Mrs. Hannah with any questions.
    • ALL Varsity Girls & Boys Basketball players are to return all their basketball uniform pieces and equipment bag (girls) to Ms. Prevosto, laundered, by the end of this week
    • SGA - Selling Pizza for $2 a slice after school - All proceeds will be donated to our PTSA After Prom
  • Friday, 3/3:
    • ALL Varsity Girls & Boys Basketball players are to return all their basketball uniform pieces and equipment bag (girls) to Ms. Prevosto, laundered, by the end the day TODAY!
  • Thursday, 3/9:
    • FBLA – State testing after school in room 003 – there will be one additional testing date the following week.  Members attending States are reminded to pay the registration fee over the next two weeks as payment is due
    • NAHS - Art Club & National Art Honor Society members – meeting after school in room 121 – Please Note We will be meeting every Thursday in March after school - See Mrs. Hannah with any questions.
